Kind Natured Foaming Coconut and Monoi Sugar Scrub

*I HOLD MY HANDS UP* . . . .I am a sucker for a good body scrub product. If I see something in shops which is new and intriguing, guaranteed I will pick it up to try.
During my teens I never really was one for the whole body scrub; I found it too harsh / rough for my skin, but now as I am getting older, I simply cannot go a week without a good body scrub. I popped into Boots on my lunch break and spotted the Kind Natured Foaming Coconut and Monoi Sugar Scrub. I had a quick read, a little cheeky 'sniff', and immediately I was sold . .  in my basket it went.

Kind Natured believe in keeping its products as natural as possible. It started with a vision to develop the kindest beauty products, just as nature intended. Our passion led to us carefully source the finest and natural extracts and develop the most amazing fragrances to leave your hair, skin and body feeling and looking wonderful. We stayed well away from a number of harmful and unethical ingredients and replaced them with cleaner, greener alternatives – the results are gentle, yet high quality products that naturally deliver on their promise.

Directions of use

Before use I moisten my skin and lightly buff with an exfoliating glove. This helps to lift any dead skin prior to using the scrub. I then take a reasonable amount of the product and work in a circular motion from head to toe on my body. Because the scrub is sugar, the granules are not harsh / too gritty, and they actually begin to melt as you work into the skin.

Scent

One word - D I V I N E! Seriously, ok, yes it's just a body scrub, but this smells absolutely incredible. Although this is a coconut and monoi scrub, you can instantly smell the exotic floral blend of the monoi oil. Some may say a little overpowering perhaps but after a while this does begin to subside, leaving a very pleasant aroma. Coconut and Shea are also added to this glorious scrub, which leaves the skin feeling moisturised, glowing and smelling incredible. After using I also find when I moisturise my skin, the cream sinks into my skin so well, I don't have to spend ages working it in.

Price

As it was a new item, I got this scrub on the introductory offer, £4.99. Some may argue it's perhaps a little steep, but in comparison to other scrubs on the market, I don't think it's that badly priced. With the key ingredients of monoi oil, coconut AND shea butter which are known for their excellence, I believe this is a product which is jam packed with pure natural goodness - value for money!.

If you suffer with dry skin and you've tried everything under the sun? Then this is the body scrub for you. Everyone deserves skin which is soft, smooth and glowing, and this scrub does exactly what it says on the tin! (well tube). Gentle on the skin, friendly to the environment, and all natural.

Are you a fan of the Kind Natured Coconut and Monoi Scrub? Have you tried any of the Kind Natured products? Would love to hear your thoughts.

REVIEW: Weleda Arnica Massage Balm

After a hard Ballet class, without fail, I always ensure I am wrapped up reasonably well before I leave the studio, and when I get home I take a warm shower. By doing so ensures my muscles don't get cold and I avoid getting an injury. Once I am showered I then proceed to giving my muscles a good massage, releasing any tension / tightness. I tend to use Shea butter, mixed with Soap and Glory Righteous Butter, and whilst moisturising my skin I massage areas, such as calves, feet at the same time. Kill two birds with one stone! I found this was pretty effective, but I figured perhaps I should be using something which is more massage appropriate, containing oils which are beneficial to my muscles.

Jo Malone | Myrrh and Tonka Cologne Intense

I have been wearing the same perfume for many years (Chanel Coco Mademoiselle), and although I still love wearing it, I thought it was time to switch things up a bit. I am however incredibly fussy; I don't wear everything and anything or fragrances everyone seems to own.

Holiday Suitcase Essentials

As if we're almost half way through the year . . .scary, but exciting as we're into 'holiday season' (YAY). I LOVE this time of year; the sun is shining, lots of pretty clothes in shops, and everyone is generally is such a good mood. And of course many of us are planning / jetting off on fabulous holidays.

Memories with Dad

A car journey is often that . . a tedious boring journey, with the constant thought at the back of your mind ''Are we there yet?'' . . . words every child (and adult) has mumbled at some point in their lives.  But I bet some of those journeys have been eventful and entertaining? . . .well, I sure have had one or two, in particular with my Dad.

A masterclass with T2 Tea

Ever walked into a store and been in complete 'awe' with its branding; bright and vibrant, with friendly staff that know their 'stuff' inside / out, and know how to do business? That's exactly what I experienced during my afternoon masterclass with T2 Tea. ''T2 Tea?'', I hear you say?

What I wore to Cheltenham Festival 2017 'Ladies Day'

When an opportunity arises to dust off my favourite pair of heels, cut the tag from a new skirt, and break open the seal on a new lipstick,  I'm all for it. I hold my hands up, I am a sucker for dressing up; the opportunity to transform from A to B, I love it. With the invitation from Ladbrokes to attend Ladies Day at Cheltenham Festival, this was a perfect opportunity to dress glam and fabulous, and really go to town on an colourful outfit of choice.
